Companion Editor opportunity

An opportunity to be involved with BSAVA membership publication, Companion has arisen.  The self – employed role of Editor is primarily concerned with developing, commissioning and reviewing the CPD content of Companion, with the aim of keeping it fresh and relevant to veterinary practice.

A thorough knowledge of veterinary medicine is essential, along with a good understanding of the Association and its aims. A veterinary degree is required and the ideal candidate is likely to have some knowledge of journal publishing.

The position is expected to take around 4 – 6 hours per week and will be a fixed term post for a maximum of five years.
