SPVS in partnership with RCVS Mind Matters Initiative are turning the spotlight on practices where wellbeing is valued, inviting them to share what they are doing well with other owners and managers.

The awards recognise those practices with management systems and initiatives that motivate and engage their staff and who can demonstrate their commitment to being a better place to work. Stress management is a legal H&S requirement and a happy, healthy workforce is essential for successful business, plus it helps you recruit and retain a top team.

Entries can be from branch surgeries or whole practices and there are different categories, depending on number of employees. The prize for each category includes 2 registrations and banquet tickets for VPMA/SPVS Congress 2017 where the winners will be announced
