An Own Place entry is secured through the official London Marathon public ballot. The deadline for this has now passed.
Can I run for PetSavers with an Own Place entry?
Yes! If you are lucky enough to win an Own Place entry through the public ballot, there’s no cost to join us and no minimum fundraising requirement.
What if I have a ‘good for age’ or club place?
You’re very welcome to join #TeamPetSavers—just let us know via our form or email.
Can I transfer my place?
No, places cannot be transferred. If you can no longer take part, please contact us as soon as possible.
How much do I need to raise to run for PetSavers with an Own Place entry?
There’s no set target, just raise what you can.
Where does the money go?
Funds support vital veterinary research into pet diseases.
When is the fundraising deadline?
Please submit funds within 4 weeks of the event.
How do I pay in donations?

How do I collect my race pack?
From the London Marathon Running Show (dates provided by organisers). Attendance is required, but someone can collect on your behalf with the correct documents.

Can I run with someone else?
Yes, but you’ll need to start in the later wave if you’re assigned different times.
