New collections on communicating with clients, contextualised care, and practice finances published

Following feedback for more information on these topics, the BSAVA has added three new collections to the BSAVA Library on communicating with clients, contextualised care and treating patients on a budget, and practice finances and business management. The collections bring together a selection of resources including BSAVA Congress lectures, manual chapters, Companion articles and webinars.

Topics covered include saving money and avoiding client debt, mediation techniques to manage complaints in practice, communication skills for nurses, gold standard versus contextualised care, and how to manage a range of conditions effectively on a limited budget.

The collections are 1) Communicating with clients; 2) contextualised care and treating patients on a budget; and 3) practice finances and business management.
