With just a few days until BSAVA Congress open its doors in Birmingham here are a few final tips to ensure you have the best Congress experience possible.
2016 Programme
The 2016 Programme is available below, you will also be able to pick up a copy when you collect your delegate bag at Congress.
Download the Congress Proceedings
Delve deeper into our programme with the digital version of the proceedings. The detailed document contains speaker biographies, lecture introductions and key learning points for the all lecture streams. The proceedings will also be available on a USB sticks available to collect at the registration areas at Congress.
Exhibition practical zone
Get in-depth practical advice and demonstrations from experts in the industry at this NEW zone on the exhibition floor. These new sessions are available for all delegates to attend and seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Where’s my delegate pack?
Delegates booking before Wednesday 30th March should receive their delegate pack in the post. Anyone registering after this will need to collect their pack onsite at the registration area in the Barclaycard Arena from 10am on Wednesday 6 April 2016.
What to do upon arrival
Pre-registered delegates
Those delegates who have registered in advance and received their delegate pack and badge do NOT need to queue for registration, will need to follow signs to Bag Collection at the Barclaycard Arena to pick up your Congress Bag, programme, lanyard and proceedings.
Your 2016 bag, kindly provided by Royal Canin, will also contain exciting special offers from our exhibitors. Bag collection is also available from the ICC on Thursday morning between 8:00 – 11:00.
Registration at the Barclaycard Arena
Un-registered delegates, need to make their way to the registration desk, located in the Barclaycard Arena on the upper level (Concourse), which can be accessed via the new Entrance E by the Malthouse bridge. If you are walking from the ICC, you can follow the covered walkway route into the Barclaycard Arena and up the stairs (lifts are also available – please ask a member of Arena door staff by the entrance and they will assist you).
