On Thursday April 11th, BSAVA staff took part in a 'bring and buy' sale at BSAVA HQ in Gloucester in aid of BSAVA PetSavers and to help gain silver accreditation with the Investors in the Environment scheme. Seedlings of vegetables such as tomatoes and courgettes proved extremely popular, and the number of pre-loved books donated showed that it's not just members of the Publications department at Woodrow House who are fond of reading! Other donations included good quality clothing, CDs/DVDs and beauty products, and unsold clothing was bought by Bag2School to further boost profits. The sale proved a welcome diversion from post-Congress work and raised around £160 for BSAVA PetSavers in our 50th anniversary year!
